Double bedroom in the Hythe/ Quad Side area. Furnished with bed, bedside table, built in mirror wardrobe and if required a desk and desk chair.

Apartment is modern and freshly furnished. Had carpets and patio flooring replaced. Recently had new oven, dishwasher, dryer and also has the usual like TV, coffee machine, kettle etc.

As per description there is a large open space living area and large private patio outside. Apartment is also due to get a professional clean and some further refurb done to it.

Bills partially included, water and internet covered. Council tax if you're not a student and electricity not covered but these don't run up too much, more details in private.

Does not come with en-suite but the apartment is equiped with two bathrooms, therefore the large one will be for use exclusively for this room, bar any of our guests.
