Double Bedroom & Large Private Bathroom

Hey! My names Zoe! I’m looking to rent out my other bedroom and main bathroom. The flat has been recently fully renovated.
The room is 2.50m x 3.50m approx. And has a built in double mirrored wardrobe and large private bathroom (1.95m x 2.70m) with a large bath/shower.

Please note: the bathroom will be exclusively for your use except for the occasional bath that I have (no more than once per week) and I will always ask/pre arrange before using.

The flat is large and spacious, herringbone flooring and simple furnishings. Lovely south facing balcony so on sunny days has sun from Noon-Evening!

There’s also a dishwasher, tumble dryer and coffee machine. Super fast internet and Sky TV and Netflix.

Only sharing with me, must be a dog person and love dogs as I have a little dog.

Pets considered but only other dogs, no cats! Would need to get on well with my dog.

A little bit about me: I have my own business in the fitness industry and therefore work various times of the day. I’m quite independent and have a passion for health, wellness and self development, but also love the small things in life, and nice dog walk, good coffee and just chilling.
