Lovely room for let In a large Victorian house. The house has 2 toilets, a bathroom and shower room.
The house has all new floors and carpets and has been freshly decorated recently. Wi-Fi, council tax, water, electric and gas central heating are all included in the rent.
Lovely black granite worktop recently fitted in the kitchen which has double doors leading directly out into a large garden.
This house is a holiday house, and is only used by owners on occasional weekends. We have already let out 2 rooms to 2 young professionals (both women) who are very clean and respectful. We currently have 1 large room available from 21st July.
So there will be 3 rooms rented out altogether. The other rooms would be empty a majority of the time as the owners only visit occasionally on weekends and school holidays.

The room currently has a lodger in situ, who plans to move out on the 20th July. This is the largest room in the house and has a bay window. Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, cabinet and wardrobe. We are charging £150 per week including bills and internet. (Please note pictures of room are old and skirting has since been fitted).

There is a toilet on the ground floor and newly installed bathroom and a separate shower room on the first floor.

We would really like someone who is clean and respectful of their surroundings, can clean up behind themselves and treat the house as if they were their own.
We ideally want woman but will consider a male.
Clacton pier is less than 5 min walk away and the beach is at the top of our road so you can’t get easier access to the sea.
Easy access and walking distance to shops, train station etc…
