There are conershop and Morrison downstairs, and plenty huge supermarkets driving or train distance. Underground station is 2 minutes walk from the flat, trains to Woodford, Hainault and Central London, a bus that takes you to Buckhurst hill station where you can also get an underground to central London.

I am laid back, however I am looking for someone that also likes to keep the place they live in clean, we can agree on a cleaner to come every other week if needed, to make sure the flat is kept clean.
