Newly available to the market, in a brand newly built 3 bedroom house, a very spacious double loft bedroom.

Myself & 2year old daughter Olivia live in the house, I work from home. Olivia has a mix of childcare and is sometimes at home during the week days.

The bedroom has a double bed, ample hanging space, bedside cabinet, a small set of drawers, and a dressing table/desk. It is fitted with a blackout Roman blind. You are on the 3rd floor alone, and will have almost sole use of the family bathroom, with rain shower over bath, I have a separate en-suite so wouldn’t use that bathroom, but I do bath my daughter in there around 6:30pm most days.

We are able to offer a tv if required, the room is large enough to create a lounge area . It is currently configured slightly differently than the pics.

The kitchen has all amenities needed. There is also use of the dining table should you wish.

We can provide with or without parking, if required.

I am looking for someone who works outside of the home.

I have family close by that pop in regularly, but rarely have guests in the evening. It’s a buzzy house in the day, but a quiet house in the evening.
