Quiet House Share - D/Room With Bathroom

I'm Liam a sociable guy aged 31, I work from home some days each week and locally as a project engineer. My CAT lives here too so if you are allergic.. it's probably not for you.

I've lived successfully with lodgers for a few years. Now though I am hoping to move home, so to be upfront I'm not looking for a lodger who seeks a long term home. I'd welcome some company for some or all nights each week for a period of 2-6 months. If the house sells I will be able to give you at least 2 months notice. As a result I will consider short term lets to professionals who live elsewhere and simply want a mid week 4 night stay or those working locally short term for a month or longer on a rolling agreement, the house has 2 bathrooms (one of which will be for your sole use), a spare bedroom, a study, sitting rooms and utility, plus conservatory, kitchen/diner.
At weekends my girlfriend stays over sometimes.

All bills included.
Rate quoted is for 7 nights/week for a month (the minimum period).
A monthly let for 4 nights/week is £450/month inc. bills.
An agent will conduct referencing of status. ID and suitability quickly.
A damage deposit of £500 is required.
Viewings in person only.
No couples but a friend/partner is welcome to stay occasionally once we know one another.

The bedroom is a spacious modern double with wardrobe space chest of drawers, double bed, side cabinet, desk. It's a bright airy room with rear facing aspect over the garden. You'll have access to use the sitting room (which I seldom use as my study has a settee/TV), use of the kitchen and utility, downstairs cloakroom and garden.

top notch coffee gadgets
washing machine etc.
garden (pleasant spot to relax over a beer/bbq)
parking on the drive.

There's a Tesco and small supermarket, a few other shops, takeaway, a restaurant a moment away and nice country walks. It's a 10 minute walk to Billericay station/high street.
