On offer are 2 rooms (bedroom and lounge) in the lower ground floor of the house plus the near exclusive use of bathroom, toilet. Share kitchen on that floor. Plus the run of the rest of the house and garden.
This is a household of 'mature' people sharing.
The house was my family home but now the children have left and the business has moved out, so I have spare rooms that I am making available to congenial lodgers who will look after it.
Utility bills are shared and all mod cons including high speed WiFi throughout. New double glazing, washing machine, drier, FireStick TV etc..
Current lodgers have been here for over 10 years but are moving to supported accommodation in a few weeks.
