Hello Everyone
We have a single room available from now to rent out in St. Leonards-on-sea (TN38).
The house is a 4 bed detached, situated on a famous residential area, with plenty of on-road parking facility.
The room is furnished and overlooks the garden. Extra furniture can be provided on request.
We are looking for professionally employed female/male who is respectful, clean and tidy to share all facilities in our calm, quiet and very clean home.
The bus stop 1 minute away, 8 minutes drive to the Conquest Hospital and 9 minutes to town centre.
Convenience store and a local restaurant are located only 2 minute walk away.
Tesco extra supermarket is also very close by.
