There is very spacious double room available to rent.
The following furniture provided:

Tv, desk, high quality double bed with mattress, two pillows and duvet, and wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room is located to the ground floor near the main entrance.
Is close to the bathroom that will be mainly used by the tenant.

Normal kitchen appliances can be used: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer
Access to the spacious back garden, furnished with tables and chairs too.

About us:
We are a nice couple. F (26) and male (38) and we have my partner’s son (6) 3-4 days a week too. (Thursday to Sunday)
We also have two friendly cats: Ray and Thor.

Ideally our tenant will be a nice friendly person, nice and tidy who likes to meet new people but also can keep to themselves.

The room is available from the 01/08/2024.
The room is in the process of being redecorated. Decorations will be finished by the 22nd of July.

The house is located 15 minutes walk from train station and Polegate town centre.
