The room available is a very large double furnished bedroom with double bed and draws provided. It’s part of a spacious two bedroom flat with a large homely living room and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath.

The flat is located in West Hove and is a few minutes walk to local shops such as Tesco and Aldi as well as a five minute walk to Portslade station. Ten minute walk to the beach, so great in summer time.

I live in the flat as well but my current flatmate has gone travelling all year and it’s too big for me on my own so renting the spare room out.

I’m friendly and sociable however I like to keep the flat peaceful and clean. I enjoy the odd night out but it's not a party flat. Would suit a working professional who is friendly but also likes their own space. My current flat mate is a good friend but we are both so busy we can sometimes go weeks without seeing each other!
