Lovely Double Room

This is a comfortable and light double room upstairs in my pretty Victorian house which comes available on 2 September. The station and the beach are a 5 minute walk away. Positioned perfectly for a 3 minute walk to the M&S entrance of The Beacon shopping centre. The room is at the back of the house where it is the quietest, comes fully furnished and has a lock on the door. Full use of lounge/diner, kitchen and garden. We have a happy home which is peaceful and calm with a pretty sunny garden. Good privacy, the bedroom window is not overlooked (the office windows shown in the photos have obscured glass). Room for either a comfy chair or desk and chair, whichever is your preference. My other lodger is a lovely male in his fifties who has lived here for 3 years in the room downstairs. He is quiet and out working 7 days a week. I own the property outright so offer a secure occupation for lodgers and am fully insured. All bills including tv licence and fast Broadband included.
