- 2 calendar month's notice to be given from tenant or landlord.
- 6 months minimum tenancy

- No smoking. Vaping is OK.
- Foreign students welcome.
- Lesbian / Bi / Gay / Trans welcome.
- No pets (sorry).

Other:
- If you watch live TV or catchup TV or any BBC shows, you need your own TV license.
- Cleanliness of the shared areas is important and mindfulness of others in the building and neighbours. It’s a quiet neighbourhood.
- Extra £20 per week for another person / partner.
