About Me:
I'm Charlie, 33, and I've lived in this lovely house for almost 3 years with my good friend and housemate. She has bought a property and will be moving out, but I don't want to give up this wonderful home. The house is spacious, spread over three floors, and located just 5 minutes from the beach with plenty of amenities nearby. The road is very quiet as it’s not a through road.

I run a childcare business and sometimes work from home. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, cooking, and spending time with friends. I'm looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share this fantastic space with.
