Hi, I'm Liv (she/they), I'm a foundation doctor at RSCH. Looking for two housemates, ideally fellow medical professionals, to join this lovely shared house near Queens Park. Private landlady, responsive and relaxed.

Rent (£675) plus council tax (£48) and average bills (£70) = total monthly cost per person = £793/ppm

About me:
I'm a 26 year old academic doctor doing sustainability research, A+E & stroke rotations next year. I'm 50/50 extrovert/introvert - I love flat meals, hanging out and movie nights as much as I love my quiet time/reading/yoga. I play guitar and bass but I'm respectful of quiet hours. I'm LGBTQ+. I moved here with junior doctor pals in August. It's been great but they're all moving on for work.

Next year's tenants:
A colleague will be joining me, so two of the four rooms will be occupied by doctors working rotas including nightshifts (please only apply if you are able to accommodate this). We are fairly sociable people who love our space to recharge after busy shifts. We enjoy cooking, exercise, and music.
