Nice bright room with its own bathroom in a fully furnished 2-bed flat in a safe residential area.
Flat has a nice spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a big patio/balcony. Room comes fully furnished.
Rent is 1000 pounds per month and it is paid in 4 installments (every 3 months). Guarantors also accepted. Rent includes water bill. Electricity, heating and wifi are paid separately (around 80-90 pounds per month).
Council Tax Band D - £2,338.06 for the whole year which works out to around £100 per month per person.
