Looking someone to take over the tenancy of my ex-flatmate starting on 17 August 2024, for one year. The flat is a 3 min walk from Brighton train station and London Main Road.

Nice bright room with its own bathroom in a fully furnished 2-bed flat in a safe residential area.

Flat has a nice spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a big patio/balcony. Room comes fully furnished.

Rent is 1000 pounds per month and it is paid in 4 installments (every 3 months). Guarantors also accepted. Rent includes water bill. Electricity, heating and wifi are paid separately (around 80-90 pounds per month).

Council Tax Band D - £2,338.06 for the whole year which works out to around £100 per month per person.

Before I moved to Brighton and moved into this flat last year I had been living in London for 4 years in flat shares and was looking for somewhere that felt like home. I like to contribute to keeping the flat clean, share chores, and make sure the flat is nice to live in.
