Beautiful attic room with en-suite bathroom

Hi, I am Ruth. I am looking for a lodger to live with me and my 6 year old son (he lives with me 50% of the time) and our cat, Frida.

The room available is a recently converted, large loft space with an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. There is space for a sofa and/or a desk in the room.

We are looking for a professional person who is comfortable living with a child half of the time. My son will be there half of the week and every other weekend. He is a good boy but he is a 6 year old!

I work as a therapist and I have an office at home, which will need to be considered as there are times during the day where I need privacy and quiet.

I enjoy cooking, reading, exercising, travelling and socialising. Ideally, we are looking for someone professional who is quiet, respectful.

The house is newly renovated so is a comfortable space. You will have access to the kitchen/downstairs toilet & utility room and downstairs space. We also have a south facing garden which gets very hot during the summer.
