A single bedroom within a four bedroom flat. Situated in the centre of Brighton. Lots of shops and bus stops nearby, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the station. The kitchen & living room are our communal area where we chat and eat, however we spend a lot of time in our own rooms too. Although the toilet is not en-suite it is only shared with one other person as we have two toilets in the flat.
We are looking for a friendly tenant who is considerate of others and happy to have a chat from time to time. We would prefer someone who doesn't make too much noise or often go out to big parties. We are all young professionals and that is our ideal candidate however students are also welcome, but will have to pay a cut of the council tax like a professional.
Bills are not included but a rough monthly breakdown is:
Council Tax £44,
Internet £11,
Water £10,
Gas & Electricity £80 (this can fluctuate depending on what we use to as low as £65 but will rarely go above £80).
So in total £145.
In addition, we insist that each tenant has a minimum income of £20,250 per year and a deposit will need to be paid.
The tenancy would ideally start around the end of June and will come to an end with our contract on the 21st of November 2024.
