Large bed sitting room in quiet central town house

We are seeking a short term lodger (1-6 months) - either a professional person or student - but not couples (sorry). We live in a Victorian terraced house in the Preston Circus area. You will have a first floor, fully furnished large bed sitting room (3.5 x 4.5 metres). There is a toilet and sink on the same floor and a shared bathroom on the floor above. The shared kitchen is on the ground floor opening onto a decking area and garden.

It's a central yet quiet location close to London Road Station (2 minutes walk) and Brighton Station (13 minutes walk); well connected with a bus stop at the end of the road and close to city cycle routes. Cycling to the seafront takes only minutes.

We are a friendly, mature couple of designers who have a graphics studio in the house (as well as a studio outside the house). We will keep sole use of our own living room and studio. We live with our cat Spooky.

Rent covers all bills including WiFi (high speed broadband) and use of dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Please contact by text or email and tell us about yourself.
