Looking for a house mate

Small double room available to rent from mid July. The room is fully furnished, double bed with under bed storage, mattress, chest of draws, TV side tables and lamps.

Cottage style house, all amenities included such as; dishwasher, Sky TV, WiFi. You won’t need to bring anything cutlery wise. On street parking, but there’s plenty of it. Garden with patio area and outdoor seating.

The house is a cottage with a log burner in the living room, breakfast bar and additional seating area in the extend kitchen, with two bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom is shared - this is a small but fully equipped shower room - there’s a second WC downstairs.

South Cave has easy access to the A63. The village is quiet - has two traditional pubs and plenty of country walks.

Not a party house, but certainly looking for a house mate who’s sociable.
