Cosy, clean rooms n Charminster/B'm'th

There are two rooms available.

Room one- A good size double room with two large wardrobes, double bed and shelving. We have a variety of other pieces available if required in the loft. Available from July 21.07
The rent is £500 for single person/£550 for couple, as obviously bills are included.

Room two - A single room with bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving. Availlable from July 21.07

There is a good sized kitchen/diner and bathroom, also the rear garden, which is a great place to relax in the sun.
Parking is on the road and we are within easy walking distance of the shops, cafes and restaurants of Charminster.
We are usually out in the forest, so the flat is very quiet but my children spend time here alternate weekends.
We are looking for someone to appreciate our home and feel welcome. We are non smokers, so prefer the same however our current lodger smokes outside or in the garden.

I used to manage the clubs and bars in town, so don't live the crazy party life anymore, so looking for someone who is respectful and fits in with the rest of the house.
