Student Room in West Howe Family Home

Hello there! 1 year into hosting a student in my home, I'm here to advertise the spare room in my 3-bed house. It is within travel distance to the universities and the nearest shops are Lidl (walkable) + Sainsbury's. The room is now vacated and available immediately for STUDENT renters preferred.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and bed with a comfy mattress. As it's a family home, the kitchen, garden and living room area are shared areas where you can expect to have a homely chat with me.

We have a lovely pet cat named Leo, who is very old so no fuss. He lives downstairs and loves a little head scratch every now and then.
