The property is in a quiet hamlet around 2.5 miles outside of Tavistock. There is no public transport unfortunately so you would need a car/bike.
You would have shared use of the farmhouse style kitchen/dining area, the living room and bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet.
I am a professional living on my own with my dog (Belgian Shepherd). I work shifts so keep quite unsocial hours at times.
I understand how difficult the housing situation is at the moment so don't wish to be too prescriptive - pets are welcome, although a cat may not be safe with my dog! She is fine with other dogs though.
This is a stunning place to live and would suit anyone wanting some peace and quiet with endless countryside walks and in close proximity to Dartmoor and the North Cornwall coastline.
