One furnished double room, for single occupancy, in large end of terrace, comfortable house in South Zeal, 10 minutes drive from Okehampton, 25 minutes from Exeter. One family bathroom for use with one other flatmate, and, very rarely, myself. There is also a shared lounge, another shared lounge/dining room, a courtyard and shared kitchen, all of which I occasionally use. Possibility of off road parking but free on street parking. South Zeal is a beautiful village on the edge of Dartmoor with 2 pubs and a community feel, I love my home and am continually striving to improve it. I'm happy to socialise but I like my own space too. Dogs on property but not usually within your part of the house. I'm looking to welcome lodgers who will love my home too and enjoy living here.
