Due to a relocation of one of our lovely tenants, there is now a great opportunity to share a spacious and clean house with two very friendly, caring, and conscientious females. We are looking for a person with similar qualities who will fit into this relaxed environment. Ideally located for travel to Derriford Hospital, The University, City Centre, Marine Labs, and lots more in between! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of individual cupboard space to store all your personal items. From the kitchen there is a decked and planted area to relax in and to hang washing. The shared lounge offers plenty of seating to relax and socialize. The cost of broadband is shared with the other occupants. We like to make sure that the occupants of the house are compatible as this makes for a happier living environment. For this reason the initial viewing will be with the two tenants who you might share with. One is a teacher and the other a civil servant. Both are sociable and outdoorsy people. If you would like to ask any questions please don't hesitate to ask. The bedroom to let has recently been repainted as is our policy at the end of each let.
The table area in the kitchen has a different table to the one shown in the photo and will comfortably seat 6 people.
