Looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2024/2025 year!
Modern, spacious house with a big garden. Great kitchen facilities, lounge with TV, parking, dining table, and study area. 6 bedrooms total, with 4 girls and 1 guy, but the guy will be living on the lower floor mostly separate. Very close to Exeter Streatham campus, just behind East Park. Actually very sad I won't be able to live here next year as it's such a great house with lovely housemates but I unfortunately have had to drop out for my health. Not many preferences on who I'm looking for, just hoping to find someone within the next week, so let me know if you're at all interested!
