Hi all,

I am looking for lodgers for 2 rooms in my 3 bed modern home. My husband and I will be working in London from 1 Sept 2024. I will come back 2 days a week as this will still be our main home. Looking to provide affordable high quality accommodation for anyone that needs it.

Bills, Wi-Fi and council tax included.

The home has a lawned rear garden with BBQ and if you are green fingered you are welcome to do most things you could want to it.

We have a third bedroom which I will use for return visits and you are welcome to use it as an office while I am gone.
Couples are welcome in the double ensuite shower room. The single probably would not comfortably fit a double bed. Main bathroom has a bath and power shower.

Garage available to lock bikes etc. Shared kitchen and lounge. Driveway for 3 cars/van and extra on the road parking. Play area out front for any visiting children. Safe quiet neighbourhood of largely families and professionals.

Would need to see proof of affordability and ID checks. Would be on a lodger agreement. No minimum term and 1 week notice if you can. Pets may be considered.

On the bus route to Burton, Aldi within 2 mins walk. Easy access to M42 and A38. Commutable to Burton, Tamworth, Derby, Lichfield, East Midlands airport and surrounds.
