Double room with stunning views

I have a traditional stone 4 bedroom detached home with stunning views of Bolsover castle. This has been my family home but as the children have now all left home I am now here on my own with my two cockerpoos and am looking to let out two double bedrooms on a short or long term basis. Both rooms having views over the countryside, are newly decorated, new carpets etc and can be let furnished or unfurnished. I have an ensuite, therefore the main bathroom will be shared between two,

There is a large kitchen, shared lounge and dining room, a hot tub and a very good sized garden.

I run my own business as a massage therapist and reflexologist, am very active and enjoy pretty much anything outdoors, gardening, camping, cycling, festivals plus yoga and meditation. I regularly go to the gym and household gym membership will be included. I also love to travel.

I am hoping to create a really homely cooperative environment and am open to the possibility of anyone wanting to grow vegetables/gardening, I’ll consider pets, communal cooking etc. Whilst I enjoy socialising and would like a sense of some community I am also happy for anyone living here to keep themselves to themselves!

One of the bedrooms is newly decorated, the other is due to be replastered, decorated, new carpet etc by early June. I have other furniture depending what is required.
