Room in lovely home in the Howgill Fells

I have a spare room in my spacious four bedroom house set in the lovely Howgill fells, about half way between Sedbergh and Kirkby Stephen.

My place has underfloor heating through out, fibre broadband, two large living rooms, two bathrooms.  There is a garden and parking.

I am a professional and work from home a couple of days a week.  You would be mainly sharing with me although I have two daughters, one is at university and the other is doing her A levels and would be staying every other weekend and some school holidays.

I'm looking to share with an easy going professional who enjoys the outdoors.

I don't have any pets but I would be happy to consider someone who does.

It is a beautiful but very rural setting so would suit someone who loves the countryside.
