You can either share the bathroom upstairs, or have your own private bathroom downstairs.

I have a small, friendly dog, so you must like dogs!

Available full time or Monday - Friday.

The house has just been newly refurbished and there are a few parts that aren't completely finished yet, like the stairs need painting. This will be completed very soon and this is reflected in the price of the rent.

The village is a lovely, friendly place with a pub and a local supermarket. Surrounded by the dales with direct access to the hills and plenty of walking routes.

Although there are buses, you really need a car to live here.
