Housemate wanted for central Darlo!

The room itself (dog wouldn't be included though)

My house mate and I are looking for a third person to join us in our central Darlington terraced house.

We each have a dog, so a dog lover (or at least tolerator) is needed. And sadly because of the existing chaos, we can't take any more dogs!

It's a nice terraced house near the station, South Park, Sainsburys and a 5 minute walk from the town centre. It would be a lie to say it's always super neat and tidy, but I do like to try and keep it a reasonable level. So if you're someone who is quite clean and tidy but not to extreme levels, you'd be a good fit!

The room is a decent size overlooking the back yard. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chest of drawers. If you have your own furniture I don't mind taking some of that stuff out though.

Other stuff: we're both vegan, so someone who is veggie or vegan would be ideal - BUT, absolutely not a deal breaker as long as you're respectful :)

We both spend a lot of time working, walking dogs, sitting on the couch watching tv, cooking. Occasional pub quiz and river swimming together too.
