Room to rent in 3-bed detached house in East Belfast (but basically the whole place to yourself most of the time as I am going to be away during the week - plus my partner also lives in Belfast so spend a lot of weekends over at his).

You will have the main bedroom - makes sense since I won't be around much - double room with ensuite.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living space for you to use. There is also a separate lounge which I may keep for my own use so that we are not living on top of each other when/if I'm about.

The house has off-street parking, gas central heating. It is close to a main bus route into the city centre.

Will consider a couple - £1000 per month in this case.
Tenant will be responsible for their portion of all household bills.
Professionals preferred.
Minimum 1 year lease.

I'm just looking for someone mature, clean and tidy who will look after the place whilst I'm away and can feel at home there.
