Double room available from September in house off Ormeau Road, near Annadale Dunnes, sharing with three late 20s/early 30s women.

Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a cosy front room, eclectic dining room, functional kitchen, large utility room, separate toilet and bathroom (each with sink).

We are Chelsea, Penny and Zoe - Chelsea is a PhD student, Penny works in film and Zoe works in marketing and distribution. We all work from home sometimes, and we enjoy cooking, watching films and TV together, going to gigs and we're all quite active. We are a chill and friendly household and enjoy occasionally hosting people for drinks and games. We'd love to find a housemate that would like to be a part of our shared home.

£325 rent per month, plus bills (gas, electricity, broadband). We also split cleaning supplies, toilet paper, TV licence and oat milk (oat milk subscription optional).
