This house is slowly being renovated. It is clean, tidy, warm and quiet, but neither fancy nor finished.
There is an electric shower with ample hot water, but the mains hot water is currently disconnected.
Electric heating in all rooms.
The WiFi is fibre and fast.
Live in house mate is a tenant (male)
Female owner lives elsewhere but currently work from house two days a week (but this will stop when internet is set up elsewhere).
Dedicated off street parking.
Secure bike storage.
Board / kit space.
Outside hose.
Use of garden / all facilities.
BBC iplayer and Disney+ subscriptions.
Will flex renovation work around your schedule.
No smoking in the house.
