Single Room Available over Summer in Falmouth

Single room in a shared house with 2 professionals availbale 24th July to 31st August. Looking for a friendly housemate for the summer who will keep things clean and tidy.

Students considered, but you would have to pay council tax.

The room is furnished, all items in the room shown in the picture will be gone for your stay, (except for the furniture), and I can leave the mattress and duvet/pillows as well if you'd like.

Shared living room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen. Driveway around the back you're welcome to use whilst I'm away, and there's a balcony and patio.

Falmouth town station and Penmere station both 10-15 mins walk away, town 5-10 mins away, beach 10 mins away, corner shop down the road.

Rent is £325 a month, plus council tax (Band C), water, broadband, gas + electricity. (Approx £450-£500 total, including rent).

£150 deposit that will be returned providing no damage needs covering etc.

Reference from previous/current landlord required.

MUST BE OKAY WITH CATS! There is an elderly cat who also lives at the property.
