Large double room to rent

I have a large furnished double room to rent in my home in Chester, with shared use of the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a garden and off road parking for your use.

It’s a quiet area and there’s a bus stop opposite the house where you can catch a bus straight into Chester or it’s a 25/30 minute walk to town or the train station. 10 minute walk to local shops and amenities. Very convenient for the M53/A55.

I am looking for a quiet professional or mature student, female preferred. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and would appreciate a housemate who does the same. No smokers please.

I also have an adorable rescue dog, who is very loving but nervous when he first meets people, therefore you must be a dog lover - it’s important that you feel relaxed and comfortable with one another.

I’m quite an active person and enjoy getting out with my dog at weekends, or going to the gym/swimming/yoga.
