Hi! I am renting out the following rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 single room and one large double with ensuite, kitchenette and it's own entrance.

The double rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair.

The single room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe with mirror, desk and chair. There is storage space under the bed.

The large double room with ensuite and kitchenette has it's own entrance and use of the garden and one off road parking space.
There is currently a 3 seater sofa, a double bed a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. The sofa could be removed if not wanted.

The house is terraced and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite, a good sized kitchen. There is plenty of on road parking. Unfortunately there is no shared living room.

The broadband is a fast Virgin Media Fiber.
The price includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, high speed broadband, water).
