Lovely room in friendly house share off Mill Road

Hi, I am looking to sublet my nice room in a four bed house just off Mill Rd in July-end of August when our tenancy ends and everyone will be moving out. The bedroom is carpeted and has a double bed, a nice desk space and lots of storage. The house is fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. It is nicely decorated and has lots of plants. There is a large kitchen leading into a big garden, a shared living room and shared bathroom 🌞🪴

You’ll be sharing with three other tenants:
- Claire (she/her) - final year health data science PhD student who loves gardening, kung fu, singing and being in nature
- ⁠Noémie (she/her) - Final year PhD student in epidemiology who enjoys all things sports, sunshine, good food and drinks out
- ⁠Owen (he/they) - third year public health PhD student who enjoys cooking, queer nights out and is learning how to sew.
We are all vegeterian/vegan. Ideally we would like someone who is a student and identifies as a woman or queer. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to see more photos 😌
