I have a furnished double room in a terraced house on Catharine street just off Mill road with excellent amenities all within very easy reach. Available 24 July.

The house share is with a friendly range of graduate professionals in their 20's to early 30's. currently 5 females and We are looking for someone similar. Not an ideal house for under-grad students unfortunately, however mature post-grads welcome. We are a multi-national house (currently UK, France, Spain, India) so any nationality is welcome, but a good standard of spoken English is necessary.

There is an eat-in kitchen, a conservatory used as a communal TV room and a garden to the rear which includes ample space for bikes.

The rent of £565 INCLUDES council tax. Other bills are shared with the house mates and a sensible additional amount to budget for is £50 per month

2. The photos are from a previous tenancy so current decoration different but this is the room!
2. Minimum contract 5 months;
3. I want to start the contract around 24 July.
