Double room in North Cambridge, Bills included

Furnished spare room with king sized bed available from the start of July, all bills included including council tax. Long haired cat in house but has been mostly kept out of spare rooms. Spare-spare room with bunk bed also kept empty for guests or as a spare office. Couples considered for renting for an additional monthly fee.
Bi-monthly cleaner included.
Under croft Parking and a shed for bikes.
Last lodger has just moved out at the end of June so there may be some spring cleaning activities I still need to take care of.

I myself am a 33 year old researcher working at the University of Cambridge Engineering department. I work in the lab during the week but am in most weekends.
