Room in sunny house just off Mill Road

Looking for a new housemate to take over my room from early July until the end of September.

Facilities:
The house has a large and fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and a small garden. We also have a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer.

Location:
Just off Mill Road, close to the Parker's Piece end. As a result it is just a minute's walk to the nearest food shops and restaurants, however just far enough from the bustle of Mill Road to be quiet at night. Both the city centre and the train station are approximately 15 minutes walk away.

Current housemates:
The current occupants are a mixture of people - one is close to finishing his maths PhD and is a keen triathlete, another is a writer and avid cook, and the third is a intern here for the summer.

What we're looking for:
We don't have many specific requirements, we mostly ask that you are a tidy person who is willing to partake in the communal area cleaning rota during your stay. The current tenants are also generally quite quiet especially during the night, so would ask that you keep noise levels down when others are asleep.

Council tax:
This has been paid for for the current period.
