Bedroom available in friendly house

We are 3 friendly Mon-Fri professionals (two females and a male ages 24-30) seeking new flatmates to fill two of our bedrooms. If you're looking for a house share where everyone only leaves their rooms to cook then this might not be the best fit for you. We enjoy getting together for meals, parties, TV & movie nights, with friends always welcome round.

The house has a washing machine and dryer, two fridge-freezers, a fully equiped kitchen, TV, the occasional trespassing cat, and a driveway for one car. Both rooms are on the first floor and sharing a bathroom with the third room on that floor. The rent includes all the bills i. e. broadband, heating, water, council tax etc, which keeps things simple.

If you are interested then please drop us a couple of lines about yourself and what your current living situation is :) We'll have a review as a house and get back to you following that. We do get a lot of messages so it does take some time to process and do it all fairly. We will look to start viewings in early July.

The current housemates are buying a house and are not sure exactly when this will complete, but it is expected to be mid-late July. We'd therefore be looking to move people in around late July to the end of August.
