Hi there,

Stony Stratford is a sweet old coaching town with walks directly behind the building. It has a quaint high street with everything you will need to live comfortably. Plus a bustling night life and amazing restaurants.

My apartment is in an old building and not for the people that like modern interiors. Think - Vintage, retro and quirky english charm.

The room comes decorated (walls) - but unfurnished - this can be discussed. There is on street parking.

I have lived alone for a long time and it would be great to meet someone that is Social, Respectful, Up for adventures now and again but also understands the importance of alone time..

I like to host friends for wholesome evenings which include movie nights and cooking dinner ect.

I have a dog called Teddy - Must be a dog lover as he is super affectionate when he gets to know you, happy for you to walk him ect if you'd like.

There is a large garden to the rear and my office in the orangery which you are welcome to use if i'm not working there.

The room is large and can hold a king sized bed/chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. It has good natural light. Electric heating and "Double glazing" for old sash windows.

The downside to the room is that it's right next door to the pub - It can be a little loud on the weekend (Friday and Saturday night) but the landlord is respectful.
Monday - Friday let - as Saturday tends to be the latest night - I am open to discuss 7 days.
