The home is occupied by myself and my 3 children (18 and 25), so we will not get in your way and you are more than welcome to come and speak to us at any time.
Female preferred, spare room has a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a TV. You have the option of cooked meals when you want for £100 a month extra, with no need to buy groceries.
Bills and amenities included.
The room includes access to the bathroom/shower (newly renovated), the kitchen, the garden (both back and front). Also I can offer cooked meals with no need to buy groceries for an extra £100 a month.
We also have 2 cats, however they will not get in your way unless you want to see them.
