I’m looking for a professional female or couple who work full time.
I have a beautifully furnished, modern double bedroom, which has a double bed with an expensive mattress, a 2 drawer bed side table, a single wardrobe, a 4 tier chest of drawer and a study table. (A chair can be provided too)
The bathroom is not shared. The kitchen has been fully refurbished recently and will be shared. Not a multi let property.
The house is only about 7 mins walk from the City Centre, and free roadside parking is also available. It’s close to local shops too.
The rent is £600 per month (single) and £700 (couple) and includes all bills and wifi.
