It is Fully furnished, with own private ensuite bathroom, and kitchette / home workspace- see the pictures.
The best of both worlds - enough facilities in the studio so you can be totally private, yet you also share the main house Kitchen and Lounge to socialize with the other like minded young professionals.
Other Tenants are all young professionals, whilst happy for a glass of wine, everyone had to get up for work.
It is in a very good area, nr Tattenhoe South west of the city a 8 min drive to city centre. It has plenty of private parking
There is also an excellent corner shop just 2 mins away for those essential items.
