Cozy single room with En-Suite in Beautiful house

Hello, hello room seekers! My name is Cris and hubby is Mit and we have a lovely & friendly pet as therapy dog called Phoebe (Jack Russell terrier) who also lives with us :-) We are both IT professionals and work from home, from time to time, we also look after well behaved pups so our new room mate will need to be comfortable around dogs.
We love cooking (well hubby Mit, is the chef!), travelling and visiting friends and family in London and all over. We're pretty quiet and boring really ;-) our party days are over now that we are both in our 40's!!
We ideally prefer a female, someone who is clean, professional, and easy going.
The room is a single room at £750 per month (bills included), partly furnished with a small double bed, one fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle,

Living room, kitchen, garage, garden - shared.
One parking space right outside the house, is also included.
