Small double room available for 2 months

Living room - Lush hey!

Hello!

We have a lovely three bed flat in delightful Westbury-on-Trym and our boy Paddy is disappearing for two months so we have a double available for a short-term let. He leaves on the 5thJuly and returns 23rd September so it's available roughly two and a half months.

It's a double room 2m x 3m, £640pcm but, that's with ALL bills included.

Our hobbies include paddleboarding, hiking, camping, running, football if you fancy getting involved in those. TV preferences in the flat range from Planet Earth. Friends. Walking Dead. Match of the Day. And sometimes some trash. Apologies, we did watch Love Island last year. We still haven't forgiven ourselves.

The flat itself (actually, it's a maisonette) is right in the heart of Westbury-on-Trym Village. You've got pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and lots of quirky shops right on your doorstep. The number 1 & 2 buses run right by us the down Whiteladies to the Triangle then town (20 mins). It's 1.8 miles to Whiteladies Road, 3 miles to town. In other directions we are 1.5 miles from the excellent Horfield Health Centre, 1.4 miles to Southmead hospital, 2.5 miles from Airbus/Rolls, 3 miles from the M5 if you need to get out of Bristol and 1 mile from the nearest ALDI, great for a 'big shop'!

- Right in the middle of Westbury village which is lovely!
- Fast broadband and a million TV Channels including Sky sports and BT Sports if you're into that
- Number 1 bus stops 50 yards away and runs you to the Town Centre in 20 mins
- Furnished bedroom includes double bed, drawers, clothing rail, desk, office chair, and full length mirror. Room is roughly 2m x 3m in dimension.
- Seven wonderful pubs within a five-minute walk of our door : )

Room is available Friday 5th July but we are not in a rush to fill it. Finding the right soul to spend a few months with is really important for us and for you. So, if you're interested give us a message with a little bit about you and why you'll fit in.
