Double Room in St Anne's

I am looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bed flat from around the 1st July, but I can be flexible

Key bits about the flat:
First Floor
Communal bathroom, kitchen and living room
Utility Room
Lots of plants
Unallocated parking available
Communal garden with clothes lines
Close to Temple Meads
Bus stops nearby (and the bus usually does turn up!)

Key bits about the room:
Double bed
Bedside Drawers
Will add a wardrobe, it's been ordered
Big enough for you to add a desk/more drawers/whatever your heart desires

Key bits about me:
I work from home 3 days a week and in the office for 2, but I'm generally out and about in the evenings. I love going to the pub (though don't drink much), volunteer once a week, and go out to play boardgames fairly often, too. Ideally I'd like someone likeminded but who also is happy for a spontaneous flatmate dinner, or hanging out and watching nonsense on the TV when it suits us

I have a campervan for when the weather is nice enough too

Ideally I'd like someone who works predominantly not from home just so we aren't stepping on each others toes for work meetings etc but this isn't a deal breaker

I've worked the rent out as £600+30 for bills
