Houseshare - great size, great location

Hey,

I'm creative professional looking for a likeminded housemate to share the house with. I've been living in the property for almost 8 years now, working mostly from home, so a quiet - no nonsense - no nuisance share is a must.

There will be one smaller double + attic available from 1.9.2024 (possibly from 1.8.2024), including shared kitchen, bathroom and garden space. This is ideal for a single professional looking to have their bedroom as well as own living room or home office/studio space.

Rent is £850 pcm.
Bills are going on top, and will be divided equally. I would estimate £250 pcm per head. That includes:
Council Tax - Band B,
Electricity + Gas, Water, Broadband.

I'm gonna be selecting the best candidate myself, but expect further thorough checks by the landlord.
