Double room in a shared house in Southville

There are 3 of us, all 25/26 years old. We are all friends from home/uni. Ferg our housemate is moving out and we're looking to fill the room.

We are Jed (who works in a school), Toby (who works for a bike company) and Léa (who works in tech/finance). Toby and Léa are a couple and share a large room, which means the 4th room is set up as a small office. Toby and Léa both work half/half from home and from an office.

We live really communally, share all our food and tend to eat meals together when we're home. We are all broadly vegan at home. Coffee and pints are always welcome!

Bedminster is such a great bit of Bristol to live in, we are a few minutes from the Harbour so can walk to town easily which is amazing. We are 5 mins from North Street and East Street with loads of fun bars and places to eat, and access to Victoria Park or Ashton Court.

We love the house, it's got a spacious kitchen and great living room, with one bathroom. There is a "terrace" outside we can sit out on when it's sunny. Council Tax Band A.
